1. Bring the cauliflower to boil.
2. Spray a pan with some cooking spray and cook the vegetables, add uncooked rice and leave to cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Pour some warm water over the ingredients in the pan and add the fish cube along with pieces of salmon.
4. Leave to cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
