Ingredients
· 200g fresh salmon
· 2 small mushrooms
· Small onion
· Vegetables of your preference
· 1 tsp. coconut oil
· Sea salt and pepper
· Hot curry
· Herbs of your choice
1. Chop onion and mushrooms and put in a blender along with the salmon. Sprinkle some sea salt and pepper, some hot curry and herbs (I used rosemary). Blend well.
2. Form patties and place on a baking sheet or tin (make sure to grease the tin with some cooking spray) and grill for about 15-20 mins.

3. To cook stir-fry, place one teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and then put your vegetables of choice (preferably frozen) in the pan and cook until vegetables soften.
