- Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Place chicken thigh, vegetables and sweet potato in a dish.
2. Season food with apple cider vinegar, spring onions and sweet potato.
3. Cover dish with a piece of aluminium foil and frill in the oven for about 30-45 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees Celsius.
4. When ready, serve and enjoy. :)
