1. Cut some onion slices and place them on a baking tin. Place the chicken fillet on the onion and season with some salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs of your liking. Back in oven for about 15 minutes.
2. Boil potatoes. I like to leave the skin on but you can peel it off. When ready, mash the potatoes and add some mustard.
3. Meanwhile boil some vegetables!
4. After all the food is ready, serve it on a plate and drizzle with some aceto balsamico.
