Ingredients – Serves 4
· 350g flour of your choice
· 1.25 tsp instant yeast
· 235ml warm water
· 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
· Salt
1. Mix the yeast with the warm water and leave for some minutes.
2. Sift flour in a bowl.
3. Add the yeast+warm water combo and 2 tablespooons of extra virgin olive oil to the flour.
4. Form dough and leave it to rise in a warm environment for about an hour.
